How do I create a GIF from several photos?
Add PNG, JPEG or WebP images, order them and set frame delays. Generate the GIF to reveal the real animation preview and download button.
How does delay affect playback speed?
Shorter delays play faster; 100 ms is about 10 frames per second. Set each frame separately or apply one delay to all. GIF stores delays in 10 ms units.
Are differently sized images stretched?
No. Canvas height uses the tallest input aspect ratio. Fit inside scales proportionally with filled margins; Fill and crop scales proportionally and removes overflowing edges.
How do looping and color limits work?
Choose Forever for infinite looping. GIF supports up to 256 colors per frame; 128 or 64 may reduce file size. Transparent inputs use the selected background and gradients can show banding.
What limits apply, and can I trim a video?
Use up to 12 frames, 10 MB each and 32 MP total input area. Output is at most 1200 wide, 2400 high and 32 MP across all frames. This tool animates images; use the existing animation converter for video. Animated inputs use their first frame.
