Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit existing text?
Select a region to replace its text. Paragraph reflow and OCR of scanned pages are not included.
How is redaction different from drawing a black rectangle?
Redaction removes underlying content from the selected region on submission. Ordinary overlays or annotations can leave text extractable; verify the downloaded document.
Can I edit text in a scanned PDF?
Scanned pages are usually images. Automatic OCR and word-processor paragraph reflow are not provided; you can add text or replace selected regions.
How do I place the same text on every page?
Added text, images and signatures can be dragged to adjust placement. Choose all pages after setting the content and placement, or current page for one page only. Review pages with different sizes before submitting.
How do I save my edited PDF?
Save a new PDF with your edits. The original is unchanged. A file may be up to 10 MB and 200 pages.
